Christmas is almost here! And I am just now updating the blog!

What is wrong with me???

Cadence is doing awesome. We have a "vast" repertoire of words and she uses them constantly. We put up our Christmas tree and lo, she hath found a new toy!

I got this dress for her and I think it just suits her. She wears it like a model too. Hmmm....I hope she isn't thinking of going down that road. LOL Speaking of modeling, if this girl can wear it she will! What a silly goose if I may say so.

I recently had a swap exchange with my ladies from the American Pregnancy Association October '07 births and I received this lovely ornament:




I have decided that antlers on Cadence is darling; however, I don't believe she agrees with me. What do you think?? :-)




Alas, I cannot predict when the next time I will post. It seems to be a fleeting thing and of course time is always a factor to consider. I do hope it will be soon, but until then... Ta Ta for now!!

Almost There

I cannot believe my little girl is almost a year old. Where on earth has the time gone? Last year at this time I was still pregnant, and ready not to be pregnant anymore! I remember the excitement and trepidation - How would the delivery be? What would she look like? Would she be a she? AAAHHH With, of course, the will I be a good parent?

Cadence is something else, I'll tell you all that.

And she can be such a goof-ball!

And the count down begins!!

I would like to take a brief moment and let one of my APA mommies know that I am thinking about her and Angel Drake. His time with us was too short.
